60th Wedding Anniversary

Last Saturday evening the Newbolds converged on the Lion House in SLC to celebrate my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. 'Twas an evening of memories and song, with an ode to my Mom written by my Dad. Top it off with a family picture and you have a wonderful night of good company, good food, good conversation, and lots of laughs. Happy 60th, Mom and Dad!

What's New?

I know it's been a while since I posted, but I'm feeling very ordinary and not very exciting. My days are full of kids and grandkids, as well as books--I've been reading alot--Costco, too--we eat fruit like it's going out of style! Did some trimming, thinning, and weeding in the alcove flowerbed. I cleaned all the plants out of my 'garden tub,' and repotted my Boston fern into three new pots. I've been talking long walks with John in the afternoon/evenings. See--very ordinary life...and no pictures to spice up the post. Go look at Melo's facebook page and see all her pictures of England!
