Oh, I am so sorry. You had that little pup for a long time. They are part of our lives and bring us so much comfort. Candy has been gone for over 8 years and I am just NOW considering another dog in our lives. I'm praying for your comfort, Cynthia. I know it's hard to say goodbye.

COOKIE DOUGH DIP from Andrea Winn
1 1/2 c chick peas, drained and rinsed (1 15 oz can) large pinch of salt (1/8 t) large pinch of baking soda (1/8 t) 2 t vanilla 2 T oil 2 T applesauce 3 T milk 3 T oatmeal scant 1/2 c brown sugar or succanat 1/3 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Put all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in food processor and blend until very smooth. Fold in chips. Chill. Serve with sliced apples.
